The Ideas feature in Oracle CRM On Demand lets you create, collect, and evaluate ideas from customers, employees, and partners.  Community members can associate ideas with campaigns, accounts, customers, and opportunities,  and then vote on them to determine which ones are the most important. Idea editing allows users to build on an existing idea, instead of creating a new one, to convey a complementary detail or idea variation. The result is that ideas are created and honed by the community so you can quickly assess them as new product ideas and enhancements.

Integrating idea management into product development is critical. Keep ideas centralized, up-to-date, secure, and accessible.
